Individual and Family Coaching
Receive personalized sessions to address the specific needs of your family and relationships. Sessions can take place in your home, in your community, or virtually if preferred. An interview process pinpoints the areas of focus for ongoing sessions. We identify your strengths as an individual and as a family and we build off of those strengths. Sessions consist of personalized guided activities that target specific skills identified in the initial interview, followed by reflections to evaluate progress during each session. Sessions can take place as often as twice a week, or as little as every other month, depending on the needs of your family.
Individual or Group Trainings
Are you interested in learning more about trauma-informed care or TBRI® (Trust-Based Relational Intervention)? Do you want to learn more about how a child's sensory processing skills affect self-regulation? You can participate in personalized individual trainings or attend a training in a group setting to gain knowledge and skills in these areas and more. Browse our current training opportunities on the Trainings page!
